Competing as a team in the ArcaBoard World Championship brings worldwide recognition and financial benefits

Number of teams

There are only 24 vehicles competing annually in the ABWC.

Each competing team could lineup one, up to three vehicles, and therefore the number of teams competing in the ArcaBoard World Championship could be between 8 (assuming each team will register up to 3 vehicles) to 24 (assuming each team will register a single vehicle).

Each team will have a distinct pilot lineup and will be required to field during each race the number of ArcaBoard vehicles registered at the start of the Championship.

Benefits for the teams

The ArcaBoard World Championship is structured to allow teams to:

- compete at the highest sporting level;

- receive worldwide recognition for their achievements;

- attract major sponsorship and partnership deals;

- ensure the financial success of the team owners, pilots and all team members.

A portion of the championship's revenues, derived from broadcasting rights, ticket sales, and so on, will be shared with the teams based on their performance.

Teams are encouraged to enter into sponsorship agreements to cover the costs of purchasing vehicles and spare parts, as well as salaries for team members, and the costs of travel, accommodation, insurance and other activities associated with participating in the championship.

Participating teams will be encouraged to paint their vehicles according to their sponsorship agreements.

Teams may sell clothing, accessories and other merchandise bearing their brand.

Where possible, organisers will cover travel and accommodation costs depending on local sponsorship agreements, as our mission is to help teams reduce costs.
